[Sezairi wins Singapore Idol](Blogging Day 576)

Hmmm,have been reading up Man Utd forums for a long time already.I realized many people have their own "dream team"....well,I have mine too!I wouldn't call mine a "Dream Team",rather,I would say its a list of my favourite football players for every position.

Goalkeeper : Buffon (well,I don't really get inspired by goalkeepers)
Right Back : Rafael (he is not world class,but I just like his energy)
Left Back : Evra (United Legend =D)
Centre Back : Vidic (Fierce,I LIKE!)
Left midfield : Messi(Crazy dribbles)
Centre Midfield : Fabregas (this guy is a class act)
Right midfield : CRISTIANO RONALDO (also my FAVOURITE PLAYER OF ALL TIME)
Striker : Zlatan Ibrahimovic (create something outta nothing)

I model my game to that of these players =D

[Singapore Idol : Sezairi won!]
[WARNING : I am so not trying to be racist/sexist here.Don't come and swarm me like when I commented on the Vasantham star.If you have nothing to do and wanna be a pain in MY ASS,then jolly well fuck off =D]

I have not given a damm about Singapore Idol for quite some time already as it has lost some of its appeal from the 1st season.However,last night,with FaSiang betting that Sylvia will win(if not he would propose to someone),I knew I just had to tune in to the big event.

Okay,Sylvia was better for the 1st song as Sezairi's 1st song really made my wanna sleep.

Then,I didn't know what got into Sezairi.For the 2nd and 3rd songs,he really brought the house down while Sylvia's songs were plain ordinary.Thus,I thought Sezairi did deserve the accolades.

So a few minutes after the announcement of the results,people in Singapore are raging over Sezairi's victory.Some stating the fact that all the past Singapore Idol winners were malays,hence saying that "Singapore Idol should be screened on Suria".Some people even went to the extent of creating a facebook group asking Sezairi to give up his Singapore Idol crown,and within minutes,the group had 600 members already.

Before watching the finals,I heard from many that Sylvia was the more consistent one and was favourite to win.However,after watching the performance,I thought Sezairi had the stage presence to win it afterall.

Oh man,why is this even happening.The reason there is a voting system is because not all opinions can be compromised and everyone has a different view of things,hence,in a democratic country like Singapore,we make decisions through voting,where the majority's opinion is accepted.Surely,we can't have 2 winners,can we?I believe the voting came down to something like 60:40 ,where both sides have huge amount of supporters,but like what Sezairi said(MIND YOU,I DID NOT SAY THIS,SO I AM NOT BEING A RICIST),his victory was partly due to the strong malay community backing him.

Anyway,in my opinion,I think its easier for male contestants to win idol competitions as most voters are girls(I am not ruling out the possibility that there are male voters),and from my observation,only girls would be willing to make these senseless calls to support their idols(HEY,I AM NOT BEING SEXIST HERE,ITS PROVEN!).Hence,I believe that this(female supporters being more willing to support) is the reason why all the past Singapore Idol winners were guys,don't you agree?

We can never satisfy everyone.So people like FaSiang,who love Sylvia for god knows what reason,will go on moaning over Sezairi's victory,however,I believe this frenzy will be over in a month or two and people will start having faith in Singapore's music industry again...

(although I don't...TEEHEE!!!!)

This photo was taken when I was around 3 years old and my cousin Dillon?He is 2 years younger than me,so,its for you to calculate how old he was =D.Doesn't the staircase look amazingly familiar?Duh,its the staircase of my house,which is already as old as I am!...haha!

The most lame thing was my mother asking us to be careful when we play with the sparklers as she was really afraid we would burn the garden,and whats worst,burn down my house or my neighbour's house...

So there was this annual lucky draw thingy which was rather interesting.I got $35 =D...WOOO!~~~...which also means,another $35 for me to spend on miscellaneous stuffs...yayay!!!Ok,last but not least,my cousin's suggestion,group photo...

Just finished my Xmas celebration.Damm awesome.Now,must wait for my cousin to upload the pictures.Don't know whats taking her so long,screwed...@!%#$&&%$#!

[Kbox](Blogging Day 572)

My 1st ever Kbox outing was spent today with Lin De,Ser Kiat and SongYu.We went to Hougang Plaza's Kbox.As you can see from the receipt above,the total bill was $110.65,which averages to approximately $27.50 per person!

Of all the time,we visited Kbox on Christmas eve,so it was EXCEPTIONALLY EXPENSIVE.

Anyway,the money is not a problem as long as all of us had a great time,which we did! =D

We sang continuously for 5 hours,holy shit,so our vocal cords are like,exhausted now.All the songs we wanted were available,so we practically sang all of them.The coolest would be "Gee",the most don't know how to sing one would be "Hua Sha(Cindy Yen and Jay Chou's new song),the most "sing for nothing" song had to be "Dancing Queen",and the most high song would be "I've gotta feeling".

Oh,and we also sang christmas carols,songs like "All I want for Christmas Is You","Let it snow,Let it snow,Let it snow" and "Santa Claus is coming to town"

However,the most retarded song of the day,would be...

It was a song which was played for a few times and it was like an omen to me....SCREWED!@#%^%&&*(&...Luckily,I had an ally in SongYu,but he sabo-ed me before we allied...!@$&^$#@@

[Hangover(Sunburn Version)](Blogging Day 571)

Today,I felt the full force of the sunburn.While lying on my bed,I cannot turn as the slightest of frictions between my skin and the bed will cause immense heat to be felt under my skin...OUCH!

[Meeting my idol,Jay Chou,in person](Blogging Day 570)

Okay,today was a rather eventful day.In the morning,Lin De,Ser Kiat,Song Yu and I went to Sentosa for a day of slacking.I damm lazy to elaborate what happened there,but the pictures below will tell a thousand words in my place... =D

So after spending the whole morning and part of the afternoon at Sentosa,Lin De,Ser Kiat,Song Yu and I decided to go to Vivo City to slack around...

While walking at around 5pm,we noticed the red carpet was being layed at GV,so being curious,the 4 of us went to check out whats going on.And to our surprise,JAY CHOU WAS COMING AT 8PM

We were reluctant to wait and so we went to walk a little longer before going for dinner.After dinner,which was around 8pm,SerKiat and I sneaked to GV to catch a glimpse of my idol,JAY CHOU.Below are scenes from the Gala Movie Premiere of the movie,"Treasure Hunter",featuring Jay Chou and Lin ChiLing

I managed to take a video of part of the movie premiere,so,enjoy it...=D

I was damm happy and satisfied to have met my idol,Jay Chou,who was standing not more than 2 metres away from me...OH MY GOD!Now,I am inspired by Jay Chou(in a musical way)....and hence,will practice more of my piano....Jay Chou is just so awesome..WOO~
