Recently,have been helping Jerald in some voting competition stuff,helping him get votes luh.Then,have to be thick skin a bit what,ask like every single person I know on Facebook.Yea,there were definitely friends who were steady as ever,agreeing without asking too much,and some who wanted to know what the competition was all about...

Then there were some who are 'nice' enough to say 'no' and some even said 'they had no time'...i was like...

"Hey,screw you man,just click 2 things you have no time...30 seconds you also cannot spare me...what the F is wrong with you."

...but fair enough.I do not know some of them that well,so naturally,they are not obliged to help me.

HOWEVER,a particular someone,whom I shall not name,decided to come up with some LJ reason.This competition is about 'like'-ing the testimonial ma.Then in Facebook,you can 'like' more than 1....

So....this particular someone,who used to be rather close to me,decided to say this when asked to also vote for Jerald....

Bad week man.Results are....quite mediocre....maybe can even say its shit....ahhhzz....

Ok,so after getting my results,as if 1 blow isn't enough.....yesterday,MAN UTD LOST to Liverpool...

To make matters worst...I WAS WATCHING THE GAME IN A PUB FULL OF LIVERPOOL SUPPORTERS!...*faint*

The only consolations I could take from yesterday was...

1. Luckily didn't wear my ManUtd jersey
2. YuEn,Jerald,Kok Wee,Billy,Jason and Hao Jie were great companions at the pub.
3. I walked out of the pub alive

Anyway,my life's been pretty miserable lately.And after so many suay things happen to me....I have to finally admit...

Life's been great recently.Working with a positive attitude really helps.

My life's been like the picture above....

Not knowing whats coming up next.Everyday,something new will happen(or at least I will do something new =X).Working with Ming Le is really fun and funny.Lunch with LY rawks.New,cheap and good food everyday!

Oh yea,results coming out real soon,like in 2-3 weeks.A little kan chiong liao.Somehow,I really want to get the results real soon,regardless of it being good or bad,because currently,my future is in the balance,don't know where I am heading to after NS,which kinda suck.

The early the verdict is out,the better,at least it gives me more time to plan ahead.

Hmm,the comments on the Muslim community may be somewhat controversial,but I guess MM Lee must have his reasons for those comments.Sometimes,it may just be one side thinking too much about a simple line.Or,in some cases,the simple line may be too difficult for some people to understand,hence,causing confusion.

Either way,well,I believe the comments may sound offensive,but since its coming from someone who led us through our toughest times,and made some pretty important decisions throughout his life.....these comments may have a positive effect on the majority....

Well,go ahead...but I can't tahan this comment...

"Bieber is too young to sing about love"

Well,seriously,let me ask you this...

How many of these people who say Bieber is too young to sing about love,actually got into a relationship when they are aged 13-16(Bieber's age).Whatmore,these people are proud of having a BF/GF at such a young age.Hmmm,I guess I can't fault them on that,everyone matures at a different speed.

The thing is....if these people think Bieber is too young and knows nuts about love,then what make them,equally young,know what love is?!

That day,went to Universal Studios with Ser Kiat,Yong Jun,Kenny,Jason and Andy.

Below are some photos from USS...

The place wasn't crowded and we had the luxury of taking many rides again and again...

My favourite,and I believe the choice of the majority...was...the Revenge of the Mummy,the only thrilling Rollar Coaster available that day...

We sat this ride about plus minus 10 times ah...until we can even memorize the script of the narration during the ride...

...and the other rides...well,lazy to elaborate ah,but we sat rides to the extent where the people say...

"you guys should know what to do already right?"

..and lagi best...

"1 more time?".....(after 1 round)..."want again?"....(1 more round)....*Gives the '1 more round?' look*.....

...Almost all the rides...we took at least 3-5 times sia....WOOHHOOOO~~~.....made the entrance fee seem like a total bargain <3

Oh,and we were so high that Ser Kiat decided to play punk!While sitting a kiddy ride called the "Treasure Hunter",he decided to take off his seat belt and stand up in the buggy(or you can call it a car)...then the people working there had to warn him through the speaker...

"Please put on your seat belt and remain seated at all times"

...and upon completing the ride,one of the guy incharge of the ride walked up to SerKiat and warned him to watch his behaviour or get kicked outta the park....ROFL!

Oh yea,and by the way,this ride was so tame that Jason,Andy and I,who were sharing a vehicle ourselves,decided to take a candid photo...

Oh yea...from left,Jason is no.1,Andy is no.2,and I am no.3 =D *Winks at Andy*

Unfortunately,the Battlestar Galactica(or whatever it is called) wasn't open yet,so....aiya....abit sad ah,but its ok,wait till its open...WE WILL GO AGAIN..HAHAHAa!!!

Oh,and the only 2 rides available for photo-taking were the Revenge of the Mummy and the "Lost world".

Ser Kiat ....well...he loves to rap the Eminem part...like...fark,because of this song,he went to learn all of Eminem's rap during the A levels.

FaSiang...wa lawl...this one funny.That time Kbox,he kept singing Maroon 5 songs until I sian diao....from that day onwards,anything with Maroon 5 will remind me of him...LOLOL

ZhiYing's one right,is because he kept blowing the song on his "di zhi".

Alvin ONG's one...woah,touching sia.That time Kbox,everyone kept singing songs,spam spam spam...then Alvin,who loved to sing,kept quiet.After awhile,he went to choose 1 song,titled "You make me wanna"...

Then,Alvin sang this song....1st time,he didn't sing it like a clown,he sang it with his heart...I tell you,I remember asking him..."eh,you ok or not?why so emo one?"

Today,after work,went to an Indonesian restaurant at Paragon for dinner with Ser Kiat.Not cheap ah the food,but still affordable.We ate till damm full sia...LAWL.I think it was worth the money la...so...well...at least we enjoyed the meal.Then after dinner,met up with Lin De who MIA due to some scandalous reasons..ROFL

HAPPY NEW YEAR!Its 2011,1 year closer to 2012!

Last year(Yesterday),SerKiat,Andy,EUgene,Lin De,Sin Ying,Yong Jun and I went for KBox.Damm long never KBox le,so we were all quite excited.We sang numerous Korean songs....okok,the lyrics anyhow bomb one,but we all had fun,and hmmm....it sounded like the original one..so ok la =D

After Kbox,went to Bugis for dinner.The place was fully booked....so,we waited till 9 before we had a seat.

Anyway,for dinner,only Lin De and Ser Kiat stayed with me,and we were joined by Song Yu and Ching Wei.We ate till 12am,then,when we finally called it a day,we heard....

"bang bang bang!!~"

....It was definitely 2011!

So,we made our way to Orchard to check out da Class 95 party which was free....

We realised Orchard was in chaos,and it was really boring,so we proceeded to Clarke Quay to check out the party going on there.

Upon arrival,we could hear the music being blasted.....

The whole clubbing/pubbing area in Clarke Quay was packed.It was chaotic,so much so that we had to squeeze through the crowd throughout our time there....

Unfortunately,it was approaching 2Am,so we had to rush for the last train and furthermore,I didnt wanna drink last night,so,yup,called it a day....outside...

Yesterday,went gym in the morning,then came back,slacked awhile,then left for Bugis with Lin Yao to get his blazer.Then,we went back to LY's house before proceeding to Jason's house to watch soccer.Not long later,it was almost 2am,and the bus arrived at Yishun MRT to fetch us to the Padang.

At the Padang,met up with the Xinmin Alumni,Andrea,Matthew,GuoNaiNai and GuoNaiNai's classmate,Nicholas.So,they 4 of them,together with LY,Jason and I,were stationed at the area where the half marathon(21km) medals were given out.

We stayed up the whole night,playing poker cards,while waiting for the event to start.

...till...

...and finally,at around 7 plus in the morning,we started to do our job.When we were free,we really just sat there and stone.But when we were busy,that place was one hell of a place to be at.Finally,the event sort of ended at almost 1pm.We were shagged,everyone of us.

Now,after taking 6 hours of rest,I finally manage to pull myself outta bed to have my dinner.I think I am gonna sleep soon,feel really fatigued.Whatmore,tomorrow still need to work...=X

Moto of the day : Act of atonement,self-denial,compassion and most importantly,sharing the suffering of others...

2nd day of the Apocalypse.Amazingly,I survived.Essay questions were quite do-able and for comprehension,quite easy to understand and the questions were quite straight forward.

HOWEVER,this doesn't mean I will score A or what...please please,don't come KPKB,its easy,but doesn't mean I am gonna ace it or what.A pass would be great already.

Also,if you screwed up your paper,ok,just accept it and move on with life,stop blaming everything under then sun,because the fact is,your answer would not change!Sorry,but I am seriously not interested in the "I could have gotten this correct bla bla bla.."

Day 1 of the Apocalypse,I think everyone got killed by the Chem paper.I am not even using the word "almost" because I was not able to find one person who even said the paper was okay(bar Alvin).

6 years ago...

I remember falling sick just days before the PSLE.I was so sick I could not study for the few days before exam.I remember,I even had to ask for permission during the science paper to consume my medicine.I was really afraid I would screw up the biggest exam of my life till then.

6 years later(today)...

Feeling really weak.Visited the doctor this morning,apparently,he had to make special prescriptions for me as I told him..."I have to study,the exams are like...NEXT WEEK"

And then....I was given a plastic bag full of medicine.Haiz...down with damm alot of problem la.Cough,flu and fever...

Now,I am just using whatever energy I have left to study,other than that,I really need to sleep...just feel so fatigued.I hope I will recover by next week.I don't wanna go through the pain of having to take my medicine during the exams,and then feeling drowsy during the paper...argh....

Today,went Expo to study with Ser Kiat.Was at Coffee Bean,which was surprisingly empty.Then,Ser Kiat said something which sounded DAMM wrong...

"I go get some jews"

...and I went like.."wth?"...then,i realise,he said "juice" but it sounded like "jews"....ah man...what am I thinking...argh....

Anyway,we went to the counter,and then I asked the lady at the counter,who looked a little like a philipino or an indonesian...

"May I know what is 'Today's brew'?"

...and she replied me...

"Sumatra"

..I was like..."WTF,my ears playing a fool on me or what..."

...then I asked again...

"Did u say Sumatra?What is that?"

...then she said its the brew,so,well,I ordered that,and so did Ser Kiat.

Then,the coffee was served.Ser Kiat said..."woah,smells strange..."...and I went like..."duh,its Sumatra lae deh,smell like haze la..."

Nevertheless,I found it quite nice....however,SerKiat,being the picky ass,decided the coffee sucked...MAN!...

Went to Airport for dinner at Popeyes.Thought we could meet up with Lin De,BUT,Lin De was no where to be found...haiyo....scandalous boy ah....

On the way home,we chatted about Paul the Sotong,and how he could help us make a fortune...

...and when I came home...i was like...

"WTF?!HE IS DEAD?!"

Ah dammit,this is so sad.RIP Paul.

Last day of being an official student of TPJC.

Say happy also not really happy.Although it is a an open secret that I despise the school,but one thing I will definitely miss is the people I got to know in TPJC.

These are people,ranging from the ANGELic Eugene,to the scandalous Lin De,to the retarded Alvin.There were also classes,like 09S19 and 09A03,who played an integral role in making my JC life special and memorable.

...as for the teachers...well,none have thus for,and will most probably EVER convince me that I should appreciate their effort.But nevertheless,cannot be so asshole,so must thank them for marking my attendence =D

So,this was what school was like today....

...looks quite like any ordinary last day of school right?...Sorry to disappoint you,but this was just the beginning of a very stress relieving day...

Off to Sommerset 313!

Yong Jun,Eugene,Lin De,Ser Kiat,Andy,Zhi Ying,Sin Ying,Kenny and I went to Sommerset for lunch.Prawn noodles $6.50...freaking rip off...but its ok....the company was priceless =D

After that,walked around Orchard in the hazy afternoon.Went to Ion for a god damm lame reason,but I thought it was kewl. =D

After that,Lepak at Shaw House's McDonalds for awhile.Then,Eugene had to leave,so....bye Eugene...

[After "After-Grad"]
Made our way to Settlers Cafe at SMU.Plays "Bored games" which were rather exciting in the end.Ser Kiat kept losing.This probably shows that if you make too many enemies,you die easily .....HAHA!

Soon,time flew by with the company of awesome friends...

...the sky was dark....Or at least that was what it should have been,if not for a particular group of idiots who burned a particular part of sumatra,but anyway,who cares...

So,the sky was....erm...hazy.We were walking in mist.Its like "heaven" depicted in movies and shows,where smoke is everywhere.So yea,we,were in "heaven".

Anyway,this fog didn't prevent us from going to the rooftop garden at the Esplanade to see star.Well,Lin De was like scolding me as the "stars" were non-existant....LAWL...but not my fault right,the pig brains want to burn their land,I also cannot stop them =X

Surprisingly,at the rooftop garden,there were still many people hanging around there.It was damm crowded,to the extent that we had to chiong to a secluded spot to start our "campfire"...

Upon settling down,we took out our food and makan.While makan,we shared a bottle or 2 of alcohol,large bottles...but well,still insufficient to get anyone drunk(although CBK kept insisting I was drunk...zzz)...

We played Indian Poker.Kenny refused to play "Indian Poker" due to it sounding racist,so we called the game "Blind Poker" or something like that.The 1st few rounds,the overall loser had to clear all the rubbish,and guess what....I was the loser...wth...

...then,we decided on a new punishment.For the loser of round 1,the person had to strike a pose with the no.1....round 2 with the no.2...so on and so forth.As there was insufficient time,played only 5 rounds....and from the pictures below,you can see who the losers were....

It was 11.15pm,so,well,called it a day.Ser Kiat escaped death(sounds a little epic...LAWL)....but in 1 month's time,I will prove my point! =D

[Conclusion]

Today was a great day relieving all the stress accumulated previously.Now,for the final of final stretches.....lets do it guys....lets just do it,especially the other 8 people who went on this awesome outing today.....

29th November,we shall meet again....this time,I swear Ser Kiat will get pawned by me...MUAHAHAHAHA!!!~

1.A levels...its called the A level for a reason...because ultimately,the goal is the "A"....not the B or the C(don't say D onwards,those are rubbish)

So,yea,still quite far from an A,but well,the mindset must be right...B is not enough,what is want is the A....

2.The term "mutual friend" means a person being a friend with both parties.In the past,people get to know another person via a mutual friend(which we still do now).But the difference is,in the past,without the technology available to us today,people had to meet up.And when people meet up,they speak,they talk PERSONALLY in REAL PERSON with the other party.And as we all know,when 2 parties talk,we often engage in interesting conversations and learn more about the other person.

HOWEVER,regrettably,this form of "engagement" is no longer present in the world we live in today.With tools like "Facebook","Twitter" and "Friendster" ,"mutual friends" today is solely a form of statistic.People add others just because they have "mutual friends"....but the coolest part of this is...these new "friends" often do not talk after they have "accepted" each other as friends.Dumb?Yea...it is man.

This leads me to my main idea for the past few days....

Does the term "friend" mean any much more than people whom you know exist,but in reality,do not give a fuck about their lives?

Sometimes,on facebook,you can see people with thousands of "friends",but just a question for you...

Today,met up with LY and Matthew to study at AMK Library,however,failed because cannot get a seat,so ended up at Yishun library,and then kenna chased by an ah neh(fuck,she was racist,she chase us but never chase another ah neh family)...so in the end,it was...McCafe =D

Anyway,other than studying,did some catching up.Was telling LY about our school's top student bla bla bla,and generally how well our school's people are doing la.

Then,he told us about his school also...

Apparently,his school's(NJ) overall highest for maths is 98....FUCK?yea...thats how IMBA the people we are competing with are....and if you think thats shocking,how about this...

RJC's highest for overall maths paper for their prelims is 98 too....

Mind you,its not the A level paper,its the RJC prelim paper.

Ok la,for other subjects,its about as IMBA as this ah...just that,I find the maths one quite amazing....

So,yea,was quite shocked...reality check...

So,yea,hitting the A for prelim papers consistently for maths now is not adequate...have to raise the bar even higher...hit the 85 mark consistently!

Oh,and for the other subjects,I have to start being able to hit at least a B consistently soon to even stand a chance for hitting an A in the A levels...

After Maths paper today,went to T-mall for lunch with Ser Kiat,Eugene,Lin De,Andy,ZhiYing,FaSiang,Gerald,Benjamin and Matthew.

Ate at Long John Silver.Like a scam la.Their breakfast not bad,but the normal meals,wa lao,very horrible sia.Rice nua nua(soft soft watery watery) de.The gravy like too concentrated already,so salty.Seriously,CMI.

Anyway,food wasn't as important as the company I had.At our table,Ser Kiat,Eugene,Andy and I had a very lively discussion on a very "interesting" topic.ROFL!...1st time see Andy laugh so hard sia...HAHA!

After makan,all of us(except Ben and FaSiang who left I think) went to Hersheys.Damm cool la...

(yup,that is ZhiYing presenting me with the chocolate.I think I was even happier than the "Happiest guy alive"...)

...see see....biggest chocolate I have ever seen sia.Price...

$60 SGD

...its so big that it is equivalent to a year or 2's supply of chocolate.OWNED!

After that,nothing do ma,so we went to T1 to lepak lepak(act loser abit =D)...

Then,Lin De,for the 2nd consecutive day,went to TIMES to shop for books.Yesterday,he bought a dictionary,today....well,a book that cost $25.Woah,seriously,he very rich ah...LAWL

While Lin De was looking for his book,the rest of us were,surprisingly,browsing the books.And guess what,Andy was doing his research on the bible yet again!LOLOLOL...guess it will eventually make him a better guy =D

Die le la,I havn't pay for prom sia.Collection for 2nd payment like long due le.Anyway,whether can go prom or not,like not high on my agenda anymore.I am more excited about going overseas with Annexe peeps and SerKiat,Lin De,Andy and whoever else is going,lets just call this group the SLUTS(according to a theory which states that Alvin Ong is my BFF,HAHA!)...

So,just now,while discussing with Lin De about the trip,we somehow went to the topic "prom"...then I had this very retarded idea...

"Aiya,if cannot go,then when you all prom,I go that hotel be waiter loh,not only can I be inside the ballroom for free,somemore got money take lae,can sponsor abit for the trip"

...sounds naive eh?Have to ah...

Anyway,for the trip with the SLUTS right,we have sort of narrowed down to the following few countries...

Japan
Taiwan

Cannot possibly cater for all ah,but will try accomodate as many as possible loh,so in the end,see Lin De and Ser Kiat's decision bahx.

This was what happened today....

On the bus,saw a woman having the same phone as me.Its rare to spot someone with this phone these days,so,I took her number.....

Well,I didn't do something so insane,just really shocked to see someone still using such an old model,whatmore,SAME COLOUR....lawl...

Paper was so "argh" today.Its ok,just part and parcel of the prelims,I will deal with it.

Oh yea,after paper today,went Long John Silver with Gerald,Ser Kiat,Benjamin,Yong Jun,Eugene,Lin De,ZhiYing and Andy TPY.

Studied at Changi Airport with Lin De and Ser Kiat today.Efficiency for me was reasonable.Have to continue.Continue with what I am doing now and I believe my A levels should be fine...I hope...

At the airport today,a few interesting stuff happened.A few countries from the YOG were departing,so,yea,Lin De,Ser Kiat and I were like thinking how we can piss them off with some very dumb lines...

Oh,and after dinner,we went to MacDonalds(Lin De...sly sia...ROFL) to study for a little while more.And haha,we caught sight of the dutch team.They were sitting behind us.And Ser Kiat was like amazed with the speed the people finish their meal.

1 minute : 1McChicken down.
3 minutes : The set down.
10 minutes : Ordered 2nd set.

I was telling Ser Kiat "eh,you eat 1 burger,that guy eat 30 sia..."(well,now you know how long it takes for Ser Kiat to consume a McChicken =X)...After awhile,the dutch people sort of struck a short conversation with us(must be because we look friendly ah,right Lin De? =D)....and Ser Kiat kept going like..."eh,he look like Klose...see see..."...seriously,anyhow sia,LAWL,he think all "Angmohs" look like Klose...ROFL

Have this crazy idea of flying with my classmates after A levels.Well,hope this would be a great source of motivation for us to chiong study!

As the saying goes,

Recently,received a rude awakening call.I tell myself,I don't want this to happen again,and I won't let it.

Anyway,Teacher's Day "celebration" for J2s today.Thought it would be quite sucky initially,but after it was over,I was rather impressed.There was this funny dude who was sort of "bringing the house down"...MDC performed Gee and Genie by SNSD.Parts of it only,but still not that bad la....

My favourite performance was when Moses,YongJing,Gabriel and some dude(no offence but I really don't know his name) performed "All About you" by McFly.They were great,very impressed by them.Their performance totally made my day,and Andy's,right? *winks*

Ok,so,for the past 2 days,managed to master "Wedding Dress" by Taeyang.Realised it sounds damm cool,and damm easy play also...ROFL.

So,studying have been proceeding quite smoothly,although not at an accelerated pace yet,but well,I am gradually able to ping the jigsaw puzzle together for Chemistry,feel good to know what there is a glimmer of hope...=X
